Supervisory Deputy Returning Officer / Deputy Returning Officer:

To be appointed a Supervisory Deputy Returning Officer or Deputy Returning Officer, you must be, as per The Election Act, 1996 (section 37 and 10) at least 16 years of age, a Canadian citizen, a resident of Saskatchewan, a resident in the constituency (unless otherwise authorized by the Chief Electoral Officer), and an eligible voter in Saskatchewan, if over 18 years of age. If you do not meet this criteria, you should not proceed with an application for a Supervisory Deputy Returning Officer or Deputy Returning Officer.

Ballot Box Officer/Poll Clerk

To be appointed a Poll Clerk, you must be, as per The Election Act, 1996 (section 13) at least 16 years of age, a Canadian citizen, a resident of Saskatchewan, a resident in the constituency (unless otherwise authorized by the Chief Electoral Officer), and an eligible voter in Saskatchewan, if over 18 years of age. If you do not meet this criteria, you should not proceed with an application for a Poll Clerk.
